The Institute website www.txcwlhi.org (the “Site”) is a Non-Profit site. The website is designed to inform the public about the Institute's educational mission, allow new and existing volunteer participants to sign up for events, display historical and educational content, and to provide a social-networking-style space for participants and members to exchange information and coordinate for events.
